Tour DetailsDay 01: Arrival at Delhi - SrinagarYou'll be welcomed by our representative upon your arrival at Srinagar airport from New Delhi, who'll escort you to your houseboat. Freshen up and proceed for a Shikara ride on the Srinagar's Jewel, Dal Lake, in the afternoon. During the ride, visit the floating garden and observe the crafts of walnut woodcarving and making of papier-mache. After the ride, return to the houseboat, enjoy a sumptuous dinner and sleep well for the next day's adventure. Day 02: SrinagarAfter having breakfast, you'll be taken for a sightseeing tour of Shalimar Bagh, built by Mughal Emperor Jehangir in 1619, and Nishat Garden, constructed by Asif Khan, brother-in-law of Jehangir in the year 1633. At the end of the day, you'll be taken back to the houseboat for a delicious dinner and night's rest. Day 03: SrinagarBreakfast will be followed by a trip to the most popular shopping destination of Srinagar, Lal Chowk. You can explore the market for traditional handicrafts and woolen wears. Also, do not miss to get a piece of the world famous Kashmiri shawls, embossed with intricate embroidery work. In the evening, return back to the houseboat and enjoy the beautiful sunset from the comfort of your room. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the houseboat. Day 04: Srinagar - Delhi DeparturePost breakfast, you'll be taken to the airport to catch a flight to Delhi. Your tour will come to an end upon your arrival at Delhi, from where you'll proceed towards your onward destination.
