Tour DetailsDay 01: Arrival at CochinUpon your arrival at Cochin International Airport, our representative will greet you and escort you to the hotel. Spend the rest of the day at leisure. Dinner and night stay will be at the hotel.  © Challiyan @ flickr Day 02: CochinAfter having a healthy breakfast at the hotel, you'll be taken for a full day sightseeing of Cochin. The city tour will cover several tourist spots, such as Fort Cochin, St. Francis Church, Jewish Synagogue, Mattancherry Palace, Bolgatty Palace, and Chinese fishing nets. In the evening, return to the hotel and enjoy a specially arranged performance of Kathakali dance. Later, you'll go for a daytrip to the renowned Elephant Sanctuary, followed by an exciting tour to the Kathakali School. However, the evening will be at your disposal. Afterwards, you'll be driven to Thekkady, via stopovers at tea, coffee and spice plantations in the Nilgiri Hills. After you reach, make a check-in the hotel. At noon, you will be free to take a nature walk through the mountains or opt for a boat ride at the Periyar Lake. Return to the hotel for dinner and night's rest. Day 06: Thekkady - KumarakomDay six will begin with a wholesome breakfast, followed by a journey to Kumarakom, the next destination on the tour. You'll be driven along with the magnificent coastal region to reach Kumarakom. Check-in at the hotel and freshen up. You'll be taken for a cruise ride on the composed Vembanad Lake in the traditional houseboat in the evening. Return to the hotel in the afternoon. Rejuvenate yourself with an Ayurvedic massage at the hotel spa. Onboard, you can enjoy views of the natural surroundings and well-preserved beaches. Upon reaching Marari Beach, check-in at the resort. Spend the rest of the day at leisure at the resort or strolling around. Day 09: Marari BeachAfter having a healthy morning meal, take a relaxing Ayurvedic Massage to revive your senses. Spend the rest of the afternoon at leisure.
